We have also worked side-by-side with many of Virginia's current hosts as well as fans of shows like Shock Theater & Creature Feature. This movie promises to be more than a historical documentary.

Hosted by nationally syndicated host Mr. Lobo, the film seeks to embody the experience of the performers and viewers alike, utilizing the best stories (we can tell) and video and audio clips, including some things not seen or heard for 50 years or more."

Hosts will have the chance to emerge from a recreation of Vampira's set and do their damnedest to match her soul curdling scream! Pour yourself into that little black dress and slink onto the stage for the chance to be Dark Queen of the Festival! Judged by the attending horror hosts, the winner will represent Vampira throughout the weekend for each related event. Contestants will be determined by resemblance to the Goddess, saunter and scream!

The theatre darkens and the screen alights. An image of a creepy, cobwebbed hallway comes softly into focus as a dark and distinctly feminine figure glides into the frame. All is silent until - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

The Horror Host tribute to Vampira will be a once in a lifetime monster spooktacular you'll have to see to believe! With never before seen footage, a host of magical items owned by the woman herself and a candlelight procession of her creaturely compatriots, it may just be the strangest thing you'll ever see!
